Asbestos Abatement
Asbestos abatement is a sensitive and highly specialized field of operations that can only be carried out by professionals fully trained and qualified to do so. All of Metro's operatives meet New York State and OSHA Federal requirements and have the skills and expertise necessary to confidently and competently handle any abatement project.
Metro takes your project from survey, to setup, to abatement/containment, to tear-down and disposal. Each project is led by an on-site manager who has extensive experience in asbestos abatement, quality control, safety and knowledge of state and federal regulations. An independent third party is used to provide air monitoring and assure regulatory compliance.
All filings to local, state and federal regulatory agencies will be handled by Metro. At the completion of the project, you will be given copies of disposal tickets, notifications to State and EPA along with any variances, permits and insurance certificates.
